Clayton Surveying were appointed by the owners of an extensive property in the Midlands that comprises engineering and fabrication workshops as well as office accommodation. The client required a full assessment of the condition of the building, with particular focus on the external fabric.
Drone photography was used to gather information on the type and condition of the roof sheeting and cladding, windows and flat roof coverings.
The client was provided with a comprehensive building survey report and photographic schedule, as well as a forward maintenance plan detailing immediate repairs through to lifecycle replacement items inclusive of budget estimates for financial planning purposes.
