Working with insurance companies, loss adjusters and contractors we provide surveying and project management services for commercial and prime residential clients. Simon is a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years sector experience, having spent the last 24 years with a national consultancy working in their Oxford, Southampton and Winchester offices where he was a Partner managing two teams of Building Surveyors.
Simon has particular expertise in the diagnosis of building defects, insurance sector work, project management, party wall procedures and in the provision of expert witness reports. Simon joined Clayton Surveying as a Consultant in October 2022.
